(a) A licensee, an agent, or employee may not permit the consumption of alcoholic beverages by any person within licensed premises unless it is permitted by the license. (b) A person who violates this section commits the offense of permitting consumption not authorized under a license. (c) Permitting consumption not authorized under a license is a violation.
