§ 04-21-072

(a) A violation under this title, unless otherwise specified in the provision of this title defining the offense, is punishable by a fine of $250. (b) A misdemeanor or felony under this title, unless otherwise specified in the provision of this title defining the offense, is punishable as provided in AS 12.55.
