In AS 44.25.200 - 44.25.295 (1) 'authority' means the Alaska Mental Health Trust Authority established by AS 44.25.200; (2) 'board' means the board of trustees of the authority; (3) 'trust' means the trust established by the Alaska Mental Health 10 Enabling Act of 1956, P.L. 84-830, 70 Stat. 709.
