In this chapter, (1) 'agency' means a state department or agency, whether in the legislative, judicial, or executive branch, and includes the University of Alaska; (2) 'review team' means appropriate professionals hired by or under contract with the legislative audit division to complete a performance review under AS 44.66.020 - 44.66.040.
