(a) The board shall elect annually from its members a presiding officer, secretary, and treasurer. One person may hold the offices of secretary and treasurer. (b) The board may adopt and amend regulations for the orderly conduct of its affairs and for the administration of this chapter. (c) The board shall adopt a seal. (d) [Repealed, § 53 ch 16 SLA 2006.] (e) [Repealed, § 53 ch 16 SLA 2006.] (f) The board shall adopt a formal statement of goals, objectives, and policies to be reviewed and updated annually. (g) [Repealed, § 6 ch 19 SLA 1998.] (h) The board shall define by regulation the qualifications and duties of the executive secretary and delegate authority to the executive secretary as necessary to conduct board business.
