(a) A person may file a complaint with the department about a hearing aid or a hearing aid dealer within three years from the date of the cause of the complaint. (b) A hearing aid dealer shall prominently display in the business establishment of the dealer a sign indicating that a person may file a complaint with the department about a hearing aid or a hearing aid dealer and giving the mailing and location address of the department.
