1-401. Common problem resolution State agencies that are involved with issues relating to the border between Arizona and Mexico shall, contingent on reciprocity by agencies of the state of Sonora, cooperate and coordinate with the counterpart agencies in Sonora, Mexico to find mutual solutions to common problems that affect the agencies on both sides of the border.
