10-2152. Annual assessments; gross intrastate revenue exception Title 40, chapter 2, article 8 applies to a generation and transmission cooperative that is regulated by the corporation commission but does not apply to the cooperative's gross intrastate revenues that are derived from sales of electricity to another cooperative electric utility that is both: 1. Regulated by the corporation commission. 2. Subject to the corporation commission's annual assessment.
