11-256.02. Lease, sublease or sale of county hospital property to hospital district; exception Notwithstanding any other statute, the board of supervisors of a county having a population of less than two hundred fifty thousand persons as determined by the latest United States decennial census may lease, sublease or sell a hospital facility or hospital real property owned by the county to a hospital district which lies within or includes land within the county without necessity of public auction and on terms approved by the board of supervisors. This section does not apply to real property which is state trust land or to a facility on such property.
