11-269.01. Compensation for loss of property value In addition to the procedures established for the taking of property by eminent domain under title 12, chapter 8, article 2, a board of supervisors may establish, by ordinance or for individual cases, procedures to compensate property owners for any reduction in value of or negative impact on property as a result of a county ordinance, regulation or other activity.
