11-269.20. Drug and paraphernalia drop-off locations; referral On or before December 31, 2018, the board of supervisors from each county shall establish at least one location in the county where a person may drop off any legal or illegal drug or substance and drug paraphernalia and receive a referral to a substance abuse treatment facility.
