11-174. Form of ballot The ballot shall submit the question: ' Shall the county seat be changed, ' ' yes' followed by a square and ' no' followed by a square, and shall also submit the place or places to which the county seat is proposed to be moved, with a square following each place entitled to be printed on the ballot for the voter to indicate his choice.
