11-1408. Other powers This chapter does not restrict, limit or preclude the nonprofit corporation from exercising any rights or powers or performing any duties provided or prescribed by any other law of this state. This chapter provides a complete, additional and alternative method for doing the things that it authorizes and is supplemental and additional to powers conferred by other laws.
