11-214. Regular and special meetings Regular meetings of the board shall be held in the county on a working day or days of each month designated by the board. The board shall notify the public of the location and the day or days designated. Special meetings may be called by a majority of the board, or by the chairman. At least five days' notice of the special meeting shall be given to any member not joining in the call.
