11-404. Residence of county officers The following officers shall reside within the county: 1. Judge of the superior court. 2. Treasurer and ex officio tax collector. 3. Clerk of the board of supervisors. 4. Sheriff. 5. Assessor. 6. County attorney. 7. Recorder. 8. School superintendent. 9. Public defender.
