11-422. Salary of clerk of the board A. The board of supervisors in each county shall appoint a clerk and determine his salary. B. A clerk of a board of supervisors shall not be paid compensation other than the salary determined by the board but the clerk may be reimbursed for his actual necessary expenses incurred in the performance of his duties.
