11-423. Assessor; treasurer; confidentiality; email addresses A. The county assessor and treasurer shall maintain the confidentiality of email addresses provided by county residents who request to receive information and notices from these county offices by email. B. This section does not limit or prohibit the public from inspecting or copying other records pursuant to title 39, chapter 1, article 2 that contain the email addresses provided by county residents.
