11-908. County librarian; certificate A. Upon establishment of a county free library, the board of supervisors shall appoint a county librarian to serve at the pleasure of the board. B. No person shall be eligible for appointment to the office of county librarian unless prior to appointment he has received from the board of library examiners a certificate of qualification for the office.
