11-931. Definitions In this article, unless the context otherwise requires: 1. ' Governing body' means the board of supervisors of a county, or the council or other governing body of a municipality, as the case may be. 2. ' Municipality' means an incorporated city or town. 3. ' Public park' means a park, parkway, trail, recreational area or playground established, maintained or administered by a county, city or town.
