12-120.08. Appointment of clerk; oath; compensation A. Each division shall appoint a clerk of the court and other required personnel, all of whom shall serve at the pleasure of the court. B. The clerk of each division shall, before entering on the duties of his office, take the oath of office. C. The clerk and other personnel shall receive compensation as determined pursuant to section 38-611.
