12-1121. Powers of court; precedence A. The court may determine and regulate the place and manner of making connections and crossings or of enjoying the common use mentioned in paragraph 14 of section 12-1111. It shall hear and determine all adverse or conflicting claims to the property sought to be condemned and the claim of damages therefor, and shall determine the respective rights of different parties seeking condemnation of the same property. B. The court in which any action brought under articles 2 and 3 of this chapter is pending shall, at the request of any party, give the action precedence over other civil actions.
