12-1151. Limitation on time for filing report of special master The report of the special master shall be filed with the clerk of the court in which the action is pending within thirty days after the date of the master taking the oath, unless further time is granted by the court. The court shall grant additional time for filing the report only on a showing that the report cannot, with due diligence, be prepared within the time fixed.
