12-1154. Filing certified copy of judgment A. Upon rendition of final judgment vesting title in plaintiff, the clerk of the court shall make and certify, under the seal of the court a copy or copies of the judgment, which shall be recorded in the office of the county recorder, and the recording shall constitute notice to all persons of the contents thereof. B. A copy of the judgment certified by the clerk of the court shall be admissible in evidence in any judicial proceedings.
