Officers authorized to administer oaths Every executive and judicial officer, clerk or deputy clerk of courts of record, those clerks of a justice or municipal court as authorized by the court and all notaries public may administer and certify oaths required to be administered or taken under any law of this state. Other officers or deputies may administer oaths which pertain to the duties of their office.
