12-622. Notice of hearing; effect of establishing identity A. Upon filing the application provided for in section 12-621, if the court deems it proper that notice be given of the hearing on the application, it may order that notice be given by publication or by service upon the parties interested. B. The identity, birthright and parentage, or both, when established, if different than the party was reputed to have, shall not operate to relieve him from any obligation incurred or assumed under the former identity.
