Contempt fine as lien on premises; execution When an act or acts constituting a contempt have been committed upon a place or building and the owner of an interest therein has been found guilty of such contempt and a fine imposed, the fine shall be a lien upon the place or building to the extent of the interest therein of the person fined. The lien shall be enforceable and collectible by execution issued by order of the court.
