12-961. Definitions In this article, unless the context otherwise requires: 1. ' Medical care and treatment' includes hospital, medical, psychological, surgical and dental care, ambulance services, prostheses, medical appliances and supplies, pharmaceutical supplies, occupational therapy and physical therapy. 2. ' Third person' includes any governmental entity, corporation, company, partnership, firm, association, society and a natural person.
