12-972. Liability for emergency services A. A person is liable to this state or a political subdivision of this state for extraordinary emergency services which are reasonably required as a result of the person's negligence or intentional misconduct in the use, storage or transportation of hazardous materials, hazardous substances or hazardous waste. B. The provisions of this article shall not be construed as to limit the liability of any person under other provisions of law.
