13-2907.03. False reporting of sexual assault involving a spouse; classification A person who intentionally makes a false report of sexual assault involving a spouse knowing the report is false or a person who coerces another person to make a false report of sexual assault involving a spouse knowing the report is false is guilty of a class 1 misdemeanor.
