13-2005. Obtaining a signature by deception; classification A. A person commits obtaining a signature by deception if, with intent to defraud, such person obtains the signature of another person to a written instrument by knowingly misrepresenting or omitting any fact material to the instrument or transaction. B. Obtaining a signature by deception is a class 1 misdemeanor.
