Judicial powers over racketeering criminal cases During the pendency of any criminal case charging an offense included in the definition of racketeering in section 13-2301, subsection D, paragraph 4 or a violation of section 13-2312, the superior court may, in addition to its other powers, issue an order pursuant to section 13-2314, subsections B and C. Upon conviction of a person for an offense included in the definition of racketeering in section 13-2301, subsection D, paragraph 4 or a violation of section 13-2312, the superior court may, in addition to its other powers of disposition, issue an order pursuant to section 13-2314.
