13-2918. Interference with emergency transmission on citizens' band radio frequency; presumption; definition; classification A. It is unlawful for a person to recklessly interrupt, impede or otherwise interfere with the transmission of an emergency communication over a citizens' band radio frequency. B. A person is presumed to have acted recklessly if he interrupts, impedes or interferes with the transmission of a communication on a channel dedicated to use for emergency communications. C. As used in this section ' emergency' means a situation in which a person is or is reasonably believed by the person transmitting the communication to be in imminent danger of serious physical injury or in which property is or is reasonably believed by the person transmitting the communication to be in imminent danger of damage or destruction. D. A person who violates this section is guilty of a class 1 misdemeanor.
