13-3720. Dropping objects from overpass; classification; definition A. A person on an overpass who with criminal negligence drops, throws, shoots or otherwise propels an object at or on the lower level street or highway or at or on a motor vehicle that is standing or being operated on the lower level street or highway is guilty of a class 1 misdemeanor. B. For purposes of this section, ' overpass' means the upper level of a crossing, at different levels, of two streets or highways or a street or highway and a pedestrian path or railroad.
