13-4104. Attendance of witness; testimony; transmittal A. The attendance of the witness may be enforced by subpoena, issued by the officer before whom the examination is to be taken. B. The testimony given by the witness shall be reduced to writing and authenticated in the same manner as testimony of a witness taken as provided in taking testimony of witnesses at preliminary examinations. C. The officer shall seal the deposition and transmit it to the clerk of the court in which the action is pending.
