Notice of terms and conditions of release On the request of the victim, the custodial agency shall provide a copy of the terms and conditions of release to the victim unless the accused appeared in response to a summons. In that case, on request of the victim, the prosecutor's office, on receiving such information, shall provide a copy of the terms and conditions of release to the victim. The copy of the terms and conditions of release may be provided to the victim in an electronic form, pamphlet, information card or other material.
