13-720. Child sex trafficking; felony; natural life; sentencing (Caution: 1998 Prop. 105 applies) Notwithstanding any other law, if a person is convicted of a class 2 felony for child sex trafficking pursuant to section 13-3212, the person shall be sentenced to imprisonment in the custody of the state department of corrections for natural life. A person who is sentenced to natural life is not eligible for any form of release.
