15-185.01. Charter school pupils attending career technical education districts; average daily membership calculation Notwithstanding section 15-185, subsection C, if a pupil is enrolled in both a charter school and a career technical education district and resides within the boundaries of a school district participating in the career technical education district, the average daily membership for that pupil shall be calculated in the same manner prescribed for a pupil who is enrolled in both the member school district and a career technical education district pursuant to section 15-393.
