15-248.02. Teacher certification fund The teacher certification fund is established consisting of fees collected pursuant to chapter 5, article 3 of this title and legislative appropriations. The department of education shall administer the fund and shall use the monies in the fund for expenses incurred in administering teacher certification. Monies in the fund are subject to legislative appropriation and are exempt from the provisions of section 35-190 relating to lapsing of appropriations.
