15-1033. Certification of school district bonds by attorney general A. Any school district may submit to the attorney general bonds to be issued under this article after the school district has authorized their issuance. Within fifteen days after submission by the school district, the attorney general shall examine the bonds and pass on the validity of the bonds and the regularity of the proceedings authorizing their issuance. B. If the bonds and proceedings submitted to the attorney general by a school district conform to the laws of this state, and if the bonds when delivered and paid for will constitute binding and legal obligations of the school district according to the terms of the bonds, the attorney general shall certify in substance that the bonds are issued in accordance with the constitution and laws of this state.
