15-1104. Unemployment compensation fund Unemployment compensation monies shall be deposited with the county treasurer who shall credit the deposits to the unemployment compensation fund of the respective school district. The unemployment compensation fund of a school district is a continuing fund not subject to reversion, except that any monies in the fund determined by the governing board, or the superintendent or chief administrative officer with the approval of the governing board, to be in excess of insurance needs shall be used for reduction of school district taxes for the budget year.
