15-1123. Record of revenues and expenditures A. The student activities treasurer or assistant student activities treasurer shall maintain an accurate detailed record of all revenues and expenditures of the student activities fund. The record shall be made in such form as the governing board of the school district prescribes. Copies of the record shall be presented to the governing board of the school district not less than once during each calendar month. B. Student activities fund monies may be invested and reinvested by the governing board of a school district. All monies earned by investment shall be credited to the student activities fund of the school district.
