15-1157. Inclusion of expenses in budget of superintendent of public instruction There shall be included in the budget of the superintendent of public instruction, for presentation to the legislature, such amounts as required by the state board of education for and limited to the administration of this article, including the establishment, maintenance, operation and expansion of school meal programs.
