15-1261. E-rate application; fund A. All school districts and charter schools that are eligible for e-rate priority one funding as authorized by the telecommunications act of 1996 may apply for funding. Eligible school districts and charter schools may submit applications with assistance of the department of administration. B. All school districts and charter schools that receive e-rate funding shall establish an e-rate fund. Any monies in the fund may be used to reimburse the school district or charter school for broadband internet and telecommunications costs.
