15-1322. Board organization; meetings; quorum A. The board shall select from its membership a president, a treasurer and a secretary or a president and a secretary-treasurer. B. A meeting of the board may be called at any time by the governor, the president or the secretary. C. Five voting members shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business of the board.
