15-1373. State education system for committed youth; classroom site fund The state education system for committed youth classroom site fund is established consisting of monies received from the department of education pursuant to section 15-977. The department of juvenile corrections shall administer the fund. Monies in the fund are exempt from the provisions of section 35-190 relating to lapsing of appropriations and are continuously appropriated.
