15-202. Meetings; majority required for validation; travel expenses; immunity A. The state board of education shall hold four regular meetings annually at times it directs. Special meetings may be held on the call of the presiding officer. B. Concurrence of a majority of all members of the board is necessary for validation of an act of the board. C. Members shall be allowed travel expenses and reimbursement for subsistence, as provided by title 38, chapter 4, article 2, to be paid on claims approved by the department of administration, as other claims against the state are paid, from the appropriation for the board authorized in the general appropriations bill. D. Members of the board are immune from personal liability with respect to all acts done and actions taken in good faith within the scope of their authority during duly constituted regular and special meetings with approval of a majority of all members of the board.
