16-407.02. Elections training classes; statement; water; registration form Notwithstanding any other law, rule or regulation, from and after January 1, 2011 the secretary of state's office may provide bottled water at any election training class if the election training class registration form clearly states that a portion of the registration fee will be used for hydration.
