16-407.03. Election deadlines; filings; violation; classification Except when prescribed by a court of competent jurisdiction, no officer or agent of this state, a political subdivision of this state or any other governmental entity in this state may modify or agree to modify any deadline, filing date, submittal date or other election-related date that is provided for in statute. A person who violates this section is guilty of a class 6 felony.
