16-173. County recorder to file data processing system or program In each county in which an electronic data processing system or program is used for voter registration, the county recorder shall prepare a detailed and complete explanation of such data processing system or program and any subsequent revision. The county recorder shall retain one copy of this explanation and shall file one copy with the secretary of state.
