16-1002. Counterfeiting or distributing unlawful ballots; classification A person who counterfeits a ballot, or who circulates or gives to another a counterfeit ballot, knowing at the time that the ballot has not been issued pursuant to the election laws of the state, is guilty of a class 5 felony.
